Immeasurably More

Who woulda thunk it?

A year goes by so quickly, and with each one grows my love for my husband. I wouldn't go back and change a thing! (except take care of my skin better!)

Funny how the inclusion of little people just made that love keep on growing. Sometimes I look at you, Mark, and I think "It's 2 against 5. We're outnumbered!!" But there's something about being outnumbered, overworked, and exhausted that makes you stronger and closer. I'm thinking Survivor: Parent Edition.

God has been really, really good to us. Twenty-five years ago when I had my high school crush on you, He showed me the wedding, the kids...but not the details. I could feel the happiness, the joy...but nothing to this extreme. He always goes beyond expectation.

Happy 15th Anniversary, Mark! I love you!

For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom His whole family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

Happy Anniversary! I ADORE that first photo!!!!

But that last photo is absolutely awesome too (for different reason of course!).

Hope you got to break away and celebrate your milestone anniversary!

Thanks Astrid - we had a nice night out, dinner, a little shopping (not planned but necessary), a walk through the beautiful arboretum, and Cold Stone ice cream !!
