Lots of Christmastime

Okay I'm back!  I'm on a massive blog binge today, but if you read the last post you could tell that I was pushed off for a while by my husband (who needed to see some woodworking plans for yet another project he just started today) ;)

We started family Christmas celebrations last weekend.  As you can tell from the last 4 posts, I am working my way backwards through this month since I have been insanely absent from blogging during the whole substitute teaching thing.

So here are the littlest Siegert grandkids (both turning 2 in February, both with new siblings on the way in a few months)...Lauren and Tage!
Ally enjoys spending time with her Godfather Uncle Greg and his eldest Kierta, age 3.  She's as tall as Wynne!
Everyone always fights for the couch spots....Sara, Joey, Taylor and Glenn are the lucky ones for a brief moment in time!
Christmas and Cousins go hand-in-hand!  Brooke, Wynne, Kierta, and Trevin
Wynne is a big Sleeping Beauty fan!
Paige and Shae got beanbags from their godfathers/Uncles Jamey & Joey!  Great idea!
We had a homemade gift exhange and it was fun to see what people came up with.  I forget who gave Doug this personalized photo collage.  Lots of inside jokes here ;)
Jamey (on the left) made matching t-shirts for his twin brother Joey and himself.  Too funny.
I made an Girls Emergency Clutch that I stole from blogland.  Here is Sara opening it, with Wynne's expert help!
Elle made Marin his-and-her pillowcases.   Sweet idea!
Doug made Mark (or should I say, came down to our garage to help Mark make it for himself!) a Giant Jenga set.  It was the hit of the party!
I think they made it 42-boards-high!  Paige is down in the corner, protecting herself with cardboard in case of a fall ;)
We have a 2-day gig, Saturday at Mark's mom's and Sunday at Mark's dad's.  Here's Lauren sitting on Uncle Jamey's lap opening up a present from Grandpa.  She's such a little peanut!
Tage, Kierta, and Paige are getting in on the gift-opening, as well!
Ryan has spent the past two weekends rocking his ski sweater-with-shorts look.  Only a young 20-something can pull this look off!
Ryan, Grandpa Donny, Aunt Diane
Paige and Shae were so excited to receive sketch pads and art sets from Grandpa!
And the little ones had their own version of Giant Jenga, floor style.  A bit safer, I think!
Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,

"Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests."--Luke 2:14
