Ninety Years and Counting

 Mark's Grandma Ruth (Boots) turned 90 yesterday, and we all got to help her celebrate!

Mark's Dad and Aunt Diane (in the red) also have April birthdays.  Lots of spring babies!

There was a really nice dinner and reception for Grandma Boots in East Dubuque yesterday.  Wynne got to spend some time with her cousins (including Mady) and Godfather Uncle Doug!

The reception was at a country club, so the kids ran around the golf course...and the little ones caught bubbles!

The highlight of the afternoon was when Boots sat down to play her guitar and sing.  She gave us each a copy of a CD she had made.  What a treasure!

Celebrations of life...this woman is truly a joy to be around!  Happy Birthday, Boots!
