Happiness Is

"buying a pencil...pizza with sausage...telling the time!"
I hearken back to my high school days when we performed "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown." The simple things in life, seen through the eyes of a child. What can beat that?

So today I do a re-cap of our twin daughters' kindergarten graduation day (which was last Friday) with a Siegert Twins' version of that wonderful Peanuts song...
Happiness is...
making a gift for your teacher

wearing a fancy robe and hat

getting your diploma

riding a bus with a bathroom and TV

cushy seats with friends

climbing a wall

moving colors on a play mat

FINALLY getting to sit in the front seat and drive

filling buckets with water and dumping them down colorful tunnels

getting wet without getting in trouble

hugging your teacher

not seeing your mom cry!!

But Jesus called the children to him and said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. --Luke 18:16

It's so sad the girls are finished with Kindergarten. I told myself not to cry either. I feel like crying just typing this...ACK! It does look like you had a blast on the field trip. Thanks for emailing all those photos!!!! Wynne, Ava and I had a lot of fun here. :) I'll watch her any time!
